(Educational Anthropology) from the Central University of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi with an intensive and specialized Nine months Diploma  in Educational Planning and Management from International Institute for Educational Planning, Paris (alumni of IIEP-UNESCO-Paris); specializes in Education of the Disadvantaged Groups, Comparative Education and in developing Training Designs for School Administrators; served as mission member in Joint Review Missions, published books and modules on education of disadvantaged groups, training of school principals, teacher management issues and training of trainers and conducted several research studies and published research papers in reputed journals.
