Faculty in Jammu & Kashmir Police Training Academy at Udhampur. She was a faculty in Department of Psychology, University of Jammu before joining NUEPA. Contributed research papers relating to psychology, education and organizational management; patented psychological test; presented research papers in national and international conferences; provided consultancy to various government and non-government organizations as well as acted as resource person to various distance learning centers. Research interests include: Educational Administration, Management, and leadership, Management and Development of Human Resources in Education, Organizational Behavior, Psychology of Education, Psychometry: Research tool construction and standardization and cross cultural management.
